Pictured above are Scott, Luke, Bola & Adam (left to right) proudly holding their framed awards. The COS Interiors team are very proud to be winners at the ACFA (Australian Cabinet & Furniture Association) awards for 2021.
The team at COS understand the need to attend to every detail, from the initial design and quoting in-house manufacturing and assembly to the final installation.
We work well together, so we are productive. We help each other out and problem-solve together enthusiastically.
We know that everything does not always go to plan and are willing to resolve issues with our partners and clients easily.
Our team has a developed eye for detail, a capacity to follow systems carefully, and well-oiled working relationships to ensure a quality finish right down to the installation.
Adam Cordy – Director
Adam guarantees high quality of work and great customer service through his commitment to COS closely managing jobs from start to finish. With over twenty years in the industry he values COS clients’ satisfaction and being a role model for apprentices and staff. A qualified cabinet-maker with perfectionist leanings, he says: ‘I will always make sure our quality is there. Our new technology gives us an edge over our competitors, but I am proud that our craftsmanship and productive efficiency mark us out too.’ Adam is described by COS clients as motivated, productive, fair and reliable and as having extremely high standards.

Luke O’Shea – Director
Luke describes COS as a truly family oriented business that he loves, small but growing fast. He has over twenty years’ experience in the industry, four of which were gained in the UK. Luke has a talent for design and set out, particularly with kitchens. He says ‘We like to look after our employees as friends not just staff, and the friendly relaxed feel of our company extends to our clients, suppliers and partners making us easy going to work with even through we all work hard to exacting standards.’ COS clients describe Luke as someone who creates a great work environment that encourages productivity and attention to detail.

Scott Byles – Production Manager
Scott is proud of how quickly COS has grown as a business and of the high standards of work COS delivers.
Clients describe Scott as extremely punctual and efficient, with a commitment to great end results but also easy going and friendly, a pleasant and cooperative person to have around.
Having worked previously in customer service making sure clients and co-workers are happy is a high priority for Scott. He says: ‘We try to have fun with each other, which brings the best out of the people I work with, and I reckon we are proof that a happy skilled team produces outstanding results.’
Bola Aiyelokun – Project Manager
Bola is an experienced Cabinet Maker with a demonstrated history of working in the furniture industry. Bola is highly skilled in Operations Management, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, Manufacturing, and Lean Manufacturing.
Bola is a strong art and design professional with an Advanced Diploma focused in Mechanical Engineering from Swinburne College Pty Ltd.
Ensuring clients and co-workers are happy and projects are delivered on time and within budget is a high priority for Bola.
Sarah Cordy – Project Coordinator
Sarah has a passion for interior design and is a great organiser and problem solver. She is personable, efficient and motivated, with a dedication to ensuring COS Interior’s reputation for quality work. She is proud of COS which she calls ‘A growing business with big dreams and modern designs.’ She says: ‘We are willing to go the extra mile, give anything a go, and keep a keen eye for detail.’ Sarah is described by COS clients as warm, thorough, reliable, and motivated.
